Retail & Product Box Sleeves

Printed packaging sleeves can be produced on a range of materials from standard papers up to heavy duty specialist folding box boards. There are also a variety of printing options from a single colour, foil block & spot colours, to full colour branding.

Packaging sleeves are perfect for the food, technology, confectionery, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors. They can of course be used in any industry and allow the use of cheaper generic boxes.

We have a range of templates for the most popular product dimensions including paper wraps for cardboard boxes, shrink-wrapped food and tubs.

All of our sleeves are mechanically creased to avoid cracking on the edges and machine cut to size for a precise finish.

Packaging Design, Development & Production

Using our state of the art die cutting and gluing machines as well as a multitude of packaging printing presses including lithographic, digital and flexographic presses; we can produce custom packaging sleeves for your retail, shelf ready boxed or food items in quantities from 100 to 5,000,000+ volumes.

The first stage of packaging design and development is to establish the dimensions required when the sleeve is flat. Our expert team can provide assistance in producing cutter guides and templates for artwork design that incorporate interlocking or glued flaps to support easy assembly of the finished packaging.

Once testing is complete and artwork checks have been completed, production is carried out using the most appropriate machinery to ensure the highest standards are met at each stage.

Cardboard Materials & Finishing

At Far’n’Beyond we work with experienced paper merchants to ensure we use quality cards and paper that work perfectly with the chosen production method.

We offer a large range of materials and boards to suit your every packaging need – from Bonds, silk, Gloss, Uncoated, 100% Recycled, Krafts and specialist folding box boards for additional durability.

Additional features such as foiling, lamination, embossing and spot UV can also be applied to our packaging products to add a premium finish.
