Saddle Stitch Brochure Printing

Staple Bound, sometimes referred to as Saddle Stitched, is the most popular binding process in the printing industry.

The process is where folded sheets (brochure pages) are collated together in page order and then stapled through the fold line with wire staples. The wire staples pass through the pre-folded creases from the outside brochure covers and are clinched between the centermost pages.

Staple Bound Brochures are durable, robust and lie flat once bound.

Folded Brochure Printing

Folded Brochures are a valuable and effective method of communicating your brand or products. Supplied flat, these leaflet style brochures are available with a variety of folding options.

Tri-Fold is the most popular type of folded brochure. Traditionally, it is an A4 sheet folded into three sections and is popular for visitor attractions.

Book Fold. The leaflets are folded in half along the centre to create the most standard fold.

Roll Fold. The leaflets are divided into three sections, with outer sections folding over one another. This is also known as a C Fold.

Z Fold. The leaflets differ from roll fold leaflets in that their panels do not overlap. They fold like an accordion or Z shape, allowing you to show three panels on each side, which are viewed in sequence.

Gate Fold. The leaflets have their outer flaps folded to meet in the middle. The flaps can be unfolded to showcase the artwork within.

Wirobound Brochure Printing

Wiro Bound Brochures are punched & bound with a coloured spiral wire, rather than being staple bound, or glued like the standard pads. This method allows the pages to lay-flat or be folded back on themselves.

The Wiro Binding process means that your Brochures, Booklets, Manuels or Report Books have flexible pages that are securely and professionally bound together with a durable, neat metal spiral.

Committed to delivering colour accurate high-quality products for our clients we use state of the art lithographic & digital print technology.

Perfect Bound Brochure Printing

Perfect Binding is formed when document pages are glued together at the spine; this involves glueing the internal pages to a wrap-around cover at the spine with a strong, flexible thermal glue. The remaining sides are then trimmed in-line to give a clean and perfect finish.

Available in Portrait or Landscape orientation and printed on the latest Lithographic or Digital Printing Presses, our perfect bound books and brochures can accommodate up to 200+ printed pages and are available in a variety of sizes.

Perfect Bound Brochure Printing

PUR Brochure Printing

PUR Binding uses the same processes as Perfect Binding, but with a different adhesive. Perfect Binding uses ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) adhesives whereas PUR Binding uses polyurethane reactive (PUR) adhesives.

Although slightly more expensive, PUR Bound Brochures tend to be 60% stronger due to the use of the PUR adhesive, making them ideal for use with heavy paper stocks and larger page numbers. These benefits can be beneficial if your brochures need to withstand rigorous use.

Our PUR Bound books and brochures can accommodate up to 900+ printed pages.
