Founder & CEO

Initially working in Events Management, following his graduation from University, Adam set up Far’n’Beyond in 2005.

Adam has developed a comprehensive skill set covering Graphic Design, Print Management & Production, Digital Media, Marketing & Promotions and Business Development.

Adam is extremely proud of the values, success and team that makes Far’n’Beyond stand out. He is passionate about leading a company that provides excellent quality and a high standard of service and expertise to its clients.


Senior Account Manager

With over 15 years’ experience in the Print and Media Industry and a BTEC National Diploma in Print and Design, Gavin has wide-ranging experience of brand adherence, campaign strategy, and project management.

Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues, Gavin offers excellent customer service with a determination to ensure that all products and campaigns meet the tightest of deadlines, at the highest quality.


Senior Designer

Jonny has a decade of experience working alongside clients around the globe to help empower and build brands. Coming from a background in brand identity and logo design, Jonny prides himself on his ‘eye for detail’ and delivering simplicity with forward-thinking, intelligent design.

Jonny strategically creates and develops identities and campaigns, giving brands a platform to thrive through uncompromising design solutions for digital and print. His work has received recognition within the creative industry and been featured in various prestigious design publications.


Marketing Manager

After graduating from Leeds University with a Spanish & Management Studies degree, Anne-Marie gained experience in both the public and private sectors in finance and business analyst roles, before moving into Marketing 12 years ago.

Anne-Marie’s strengths lie in project management, event organisation, marketing communications and long-term business and marketing planning.


Account Manager

With a background in Promotional Merchandise, Nathan has over 10 years’ experience as a customer focussed Account Manager.

Nathan is committed to building strong working relationships that enable us to recommend the appropriate products and solutions to our clients, whilst ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded,


Account Executive

Jen graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Furniture and Product Design and after five years of working in retail/merchandising, joined Far‘n’Beyond as an Account Executive.

Jen is keen to establish strong relationships with clients, she has a keen eye for detail and enjoys problem solving.


Graphic Designer

Having recently graduated from The University of Derby and also winning the POPAI Student Design Award in 2017, Liam has joined the team at Far ‘n’ Beyond, ready to kick start his career in Graphic Design.

Liam is passionate about creative design, digital solutions and branding and thrives on conceptual thinking and ideas.


Graphic Designer

Sam previously worked for a small agency for 4 years, designing and building client and supplier relationships. He also supported and trained apprentice designers to help them develop their design skills.

Sam is skilled at understanding what a client wants and translating it into a design that they are proud to show off.


Digital Account Executive

Sarah graduated in Business Management with Marketing, but it was her placement year as a Marketing Executive that truly fuelled her ambitions to become a fully-fledged digital marketeer.

Creatively driven, but analytically grounded, Sarah draws on her expanse of knowledge across SEO, PPC, Social Media and Content to help produce the best possible work for clients.


Production Administrator

As a self-confessed ‘ideas man’, and having studied Advertising and Media Technology, Phil chose to stay in Yorkshire following graduation to develop his practical business skills with a healthy dollop of creativity and photography on the side.

With a background in print production, a keen eye for detail and a personable approach, Phil ensures the smooth running of all projects at Far’n’Beyond. 


Operations Manager

Diana has worked with small, medium and multinational companies to ensure the delivery of sound business practice and to check that financial controls are in place and adhered to.

Responsible for the company accounts and finance department, Diana’s wealth of experience provides a stable foundation for the continuous business development and improvement of far’n’beyond.


Accounts Executive
After graduating from University, Joe spent the  following 3 months travelling around Europe with friends. 
After reluctantly coming back home, he spent the next few months working in retail. Looking to move away from his home town in Teesside he found a job at Far’n’Beyond and moved to Leeds.
With his background in Computer Science and extensive research into modern accountancy technologies, Joe aims to continually improve the efficiency of the Accounts  department.
