Content can be supplied by your team or prepared and loaded by Far’n’Beyond before each event. We can also produce removable printed graphics or branded surrounds to connect the screen with the wider campaign.

Where our existing range does not provide the right solution, Far’n’Beyond can source and assemble furniture specifically for an event or campaign programme.
The furniture then becomes part of our managed hire stock, allowing us to store, deliver, position and collect it whenever required.
This gives clients greater choice over the appearance and functionality of their event furniture while removing the need to manage storage, transportation or future use.
Standard deckchairs can be hired for outdoor events, festivals, promotional spaces and informal visitor areas, with delivery, positioning and collection coordinated by our team.
For branded campaigns, we can print custom fabrics and fit them to our deckchair frames before each event. The fabrics can then be removed, cleaned where appropriate and stored between uses, ready to support future activity.
This gives clients the impact of custom-branded deckchairs without leaving them responsible for transporting or storing large quantities of equipment.
Minimum Hire Period
A minimum two-day hire period applies to all equipment, with longer hire periods available on request.
Equipment Availability
All equipment hire is subject to stock availability, event dates, location and confirmation at the time of ordering.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery, setup and collection can be coordinated around your venue access and event schedule, with costs confirmed in your quotation.
Event Branding
Agreed standard Grabber Machine branding is included. Bespoke equipment graphics, digital content, branded screen surrounds and custom deckchair fabrics are available at an additional cost.
Outdoor Equipment
Outdoor use is subject to suitable weather, ground, power and operating conditions, with any specific venue requirements agreed in advance.
Product & Prize Sourcing
Our merchandise team can source promotional products, giveaways and prizes to complement your equipment and wider event campaign.
Stock Management & Storage
Campaign materials, merchandise and reusable event products can be stored, managed and prepared for future events by our fulfilment team.
Equipment Care
Charges may apply for lost equipment, avoidable damage, missing components or additional cleaning required after the hire period.
Event Staffing
Suitable personnel can be provided to operate equipment and support your activity as part of a wider Event Support package.
Equipment Ownership
All hired equipment remains the property of Far’n’Beyond or its appointed hire partner throughout the hire period.
