As many products are delivered to stores on pallets - printing a cardboard pallet display with an archway can be a great way to showcase your product in a retail environment.
This is precisely what the team behind Jammie Dodgers decided to do across a network of over two hundred flagship Asda stores throughout England.
At Far'n'Beyond, we work closely with many brands either as a White label agency or direct supplier to design, print and deliver effective point-of-sale material. We offer a comprehensive service covering all aspects of the process, from CAD design to pre-packing and distribution.

Following initial conversations with the client, we were supplied with a mock-up outlining how the finished display should look.
Our team then set to work, creating a CAD template and digital proofs. Once everything was approved, we then produced a prototype sample for testing and final sign-off.
"It was a pleasure to work with Far'n'Beyond on another successful project. These campaigns are vital for raising awareness of our products, and with many moving components and stakeholders, it is great to have a reliable partner to keep things on track."
Paul Green. Fox's Biscuits
With approval secured for the dimensions and materials of the pallet display and archway, we provided design guides for the Fox's Biscuits creative team to apply their artwork prior to printing.
As part of our custom display process, we supplied the templates with guidance for elements such as the stand-out Jammie Dodgers Logo and other components which make up the display. As standard, we also run artwork checks, provide digital proofs, and raise any concerns should they arise.

With the artwork approved, delivery dates confirmed, and logistics in hand, we began printing the large cardboard display graphics and individually packing them to be ready for dispatch.
The pallet displays were printed in full colour on white recyclable corrugated cardboard alongside clear step-by-step setup instructions before being checked and securely packaged in a custom box.
As the units were being delivered to 241 nationwide ASDA stores, it was vital that they could be easily transported and assembled while remaining within the supermarket's footprint and specifications.

The time invested in the project's concept phase was critical to the campaign's success. We considered how the flatpack structure would be assembled onsite and remain free-standing without being overly complex.
With the items packed, labelled, and ready for delivery, it was down to our logistics team to ensure the most suitable route. Given the time-critical nature of this project, we utilised our dedicated delivery service for the majority of stores, ensuring all units were delivered across the UK over two days and prior to the launch of the promotion.
This gave us a far greater degree of control and visibility than sending via a typical courier service. In this regard, we achieved a 100% delivery success rate.

Seeing the Jammie Dodgers displays succeed in stores nationwide is always rewarding and a credit to everyone involved.
