We were pleased to work with our local client, Renovate, on the design and print of their brochure, along with other creative design work to help communicate the services of this growing company.
Renovate Leeds helps homeowners and businesses across Leeds and West Yorkshire with the repair, replacement and installation of doors, windows, glass and locks.

With an extensive range to communicate, the company needed printed literature that would make its products easier to explore while presenting the business clearly and confidently.
Using content supplied by Renovate Leeds, our in-house creative team took ownership of the project and designed two complementary pieces of literature: a detailed 24-page brochure and a compact folded leaflet for door-drop campaigns.

The main brochure had to accommodate product descriptions, technical information, key benefits and photography without feeling overcrowded. We created a flexible editorial style using clear headings, concise copy and supporting icons, helping readers find relevant information and compare their options.

Photography was given plenty of space throughout the layout, showing windows and doors within finished properties to provide useful context and help customers picture the different styles in their own homes.
A considered palette of charcoal, white and warm bronze reflects Renovate Leeds visual identity. Generous white space keeps the pages clean and approachable, while subtle keyhole graphics create a recognisable thread across the brochure.

After proofing and approval, we printed the 24-page A4 brochures on 170gsm silk, with a thicker, laminated 350gsm cover. The laminated cover delivers a smooth, tactile finish and protects the print beneath.
We then applied low-build Spot UV to the Renovate Leeds logo, creating a subtle contrast as the gloss catches the light. It adds definition to the branding without detracting from the restrained cover design.
To support theirlocal marketing activity, we also produced A4-to-DL door drop leaflets that introduce Renovate Leeds' main services in a more concise form.

Clearly defined panels guide the reader through the content; the heavier stock gives it more presence than a lightweight leaflet, while QR codes provide a simple route to further information online.
Using the same colours, typography and imagery across both pieces created a consistent visual identity, whether a customer first encountered Renovate Leeds through a leaflet or received the full brochure during an enquiry.
The finished literature gives Renovate Leeds two practical ways to connect with prospective customers: a concise introduction for door drop campaigns and a detailed brochure for more considered conversations.
