The team at Far'n'Beyond have worked with Marmion for several years, providing creative design, social media content, branded merchandise and marketing support, so we were delighted to be approached about redeveloping their existing website.
Key to the project was the inclusion of several new sections, including specialism pages, which highlight areas of recruitment expertise, alongside an improved search facility, integration of vacancies throughout the website and integrated microsite for The Ethical Business Podcast.
With several complexities to the new features, including the integration of the specialisms and sectors across the vacancies, the website required planning and a degree of ownership from our developers to ensure that the website structure and new components would work for visitors and search engines whilst supporting future development.
Redirecting old URLs to the new pages, enhancing search engine optimisation, composing website page copy, programming dynamic content, editing new imagery and providing the ability to easily add content and job vacancies whilst also focussing on the user experience were all at the core of this project.

The finished website perfectly blends creativity and functionality whilst delivering a seamless user experience. The recruitment website uses different styles and capabilities for key areas, such as Vacancies, podcasts, blogs, and team and service pages.
This approach helps provide a simple administration area where the Marmion employees can quickly and easily view, edit and add content and vacancies.
