During the global Coronavirus pandemic, we have worked with many of our clients who have needed to quickly respond to the changing landscape and challenges that have arisen for their business.
This was the case for the national multi-award-winning technology platform Boxt. Supplying boilers across the country with next day delivery and installation, the company was acutely aware of the precautions required to protect their customers and employees.
For this project, Far'n'Beyond collaborated with Boxt's consumables supplier at Arctic Hayes, who were contracted to package PPE products, such as hand sanitisers, gloves, face masks and wipes into the branded packaging boxes, which would be distributed directly to customers ahead of their boiler installation.
Taking all the necessary precautions, our team began preparing the project for completion in record time.
Produced on 550mic white peak FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved packaging Board, the boxes were lithographically printed in full colour, keeping a close eye on the brands Pantone references for colour accuracy.
The flat sheets were then die cut to the specially created cutter and creased to shape before being glued and partly assembled for completion by the 'Arcitc Hayes' fulfilment team.
Benefiting from our inhouse expertise and streamlined systems, we were able to produce an initial batch of 2500 units, all printed, die-cut and glued in under seven days.
