Following success with previous packaging projects, the team at Far'n'Beyond we delighted to work with gardening specialists SeedCell on their new Christmas Tree SingleCell outer packaging.
Designed and developed by their British-based team, the unique biodegradable SingleCell is a fun, clever, and waste-free way to plant seeds.
The SingleCell is a waste-free seed package alternative, that acts as a seed delivery system designed to have both functional and environmental benefits. Simply push your SingleCell into soil, add just a little water and watch your Christmas tree grow!
Understanding the importance of their natural material, which makes up the SeedCell, we were tasked with sourcing an appropriate material and production that reflected the company values of green living.
The outer packaging produced by Far'n'Beyond was printed on Venoplex White Line Chip Board, a fully coated board with a grey back. This board is widely used for both food and general packaging applications. Venoplex's excellent bulk increases yield and reduces costs throughout the packaging chain without compromising quality.
Following concept testing with the artwork supplied by the client, we were ready to produce packs to house the Norway Spruce (Picea Abies). Once printed each cardboard holder was cut to the specified shape before being boxed ready for dispatch to the client.
