At Far’n’Beyond, we’re always looking for ways to ensure the decisions we make as a business create a positive impact beyond design, print, and branding. That’s why we were delighted to support the refurbishment of the athletics track at Tadcaster Grammar School.

A fantastic community project that will benefit both students and local running groups for years to come, the track, which is also utilised by Tadcaster Harriers, had fallen into disrepair following storm damage, leaving the much-loved facility beyond economic repair and unusable without significant refurbishment works.

Visiting the school for the official opening of the athletics track with supporters and the local Mayor, it is clear the difference this will make to the school and wider community in the coming years.
Our contribution to the project was through our Community Credits initiative, which earns credits when clients choose products that are better for the environment, such as our recyclable selfie frames or cardboard usherette trays.

The refurbishment of the running track was made possible through the combined efforts of students, staff, community fundraisers, local organisations, sports clubs, and businesses, all working together towards the same goal.
“It is a privilege to be able to contribute to local community projects that will have a lasting impact on the children and adults in the local area.”

We were pleased to contribute towards the project and support a facility that will encourage fitness, wellbeing, and athletics opportunities for many years to come.

As part of the fundraising campaign, we’ll also have a commemorative brick featuring our logo installed at the track, leaving a lasting reminder of our support for the project.
Facilities like this play an important role in helping people of all ages become more active.

From school sports and athletics training to local running clubs and community activities, the refurbished track creates opportunities for both aspiring athletes and those simply looking to improve their health and wellbeing.
The project also helps provide an important local athletics facility, with the school noting that there are very few accessible alternatives within the surrounding area.

We’re proud to have played a small part in helping restore this fantastic facility and look forward to seeing it support future athletes, local clubs, and healthy activities for years to come.
