We were privileged to work with the marketing team at The Royal British Legion on the creative design and print production of their “Why You Should Join Us” campaign materials.
The Royal British Legion is the UK’s leading Armed Forces charity, providing lifelong practical, emotional and financial support to serving personnel, veterans and their families. As custodians of Remembrance and organisers of the annual Poppy Appeal, their communications carry significant national importance and must reflect both heritage and authority.
Our brief was to develop a folded leaflet that balanced tradition with accessibility, appealing to a broad audience while remaining true to the Legion’s identity.
Our creative team carefully considered typography, layout hierarchy and image selection, incorporating the enduring symbolism of poppy fields to reinforce the charity’s mission and legacy. The design needed to feel respectful and established, while clearly communicating the benefits of membership and support.
The finished leaflets were lithographically printed in full colour on premium 150gsm silk stock, providing a smooth, professional finish with excellent colour reproduction.
Following print, the materials were machine-folded, boxed and prepared for dispatch — all delivered within three working days to meet campaign deadlines.
