With a mission to shape the future of education for the benefit of teachers, support staff, leaders and pupils, the NEU (National Education Union) represents teachers and lecturers across the UK.
As the largest education union, the NEU contacted Far'n'Beyond to arrange the production of hand-held placards ahead of the national strike action over teachers' pay and conditions.
Our printed hand-held picket sign boards are lightweight, easy to transport and a highly effective way to showcase a message. In this case, the organisation chose its 'Pay Up - Save Our Schools' logo, which was used in its marketing and awareness campaign.
The waterproof placards are printed in full colour before being cut to shape with our custom-designed hand grip, positioned to maximise the branding area and for ease of holding. They even have rounded corners for protection.
As with all our placard projects, ensuring we delivered on time was critical to the campaign. With a dedicated account manager and regular communication and updates throughout the order process, we worked hard to ensure the placards were delivered in plenty of time for the protest.
