We were pleased to team up with Communicorp UK's Sport Social Podcast Network to produce their exhibition presence at The Podcast Show 2025 in London.
Designed to grab attention, engage visitors, and reflect the energy of Europe's biggest sports podcast network, the branded space achieved its goal over the two-day event, providing a lively hub for discussions and networking.
Sport Social is Europe's largest sports podcast network, home to over 600 shows and a trusted partner to eight Premier League clubs. With high-profile hosts, athletes, and creators in their roster, the network is at the forefront of audio content for sports fans.
Working closely with the marketing team, we developed a stand concept incorporating the complete exhibition production, including layout design, hardware and print production, furniture sourcing, setup and de-installation.
The creative team at Communicorp UK supplied the artwork to showcase the brand and its key features so guests can quickly identify the stand if they are familiar with Sport Social or understand what the network offers if this is the first time they have experienced the podcast network.
We used our popular Reusable FastFrame Exhibition Structure for the exhibition stand, which can easily be configured to produce a range of layout options.
Opting for a large back wall graphic, stepped boundary and a bridged side entrance, the vibrantly printed fabric display quickly turns any area into an attractive and inviting space.
Using specialist blackout material and additional lighting, the system looks like a solid wall, but thanks to the compact collapsible system, it can be easily stored and reused.
The formation of the exhibition display also means that sections can be used independently. For example, the main wall can stand on its own as a backdrop for presentations.
In addition to the frame and graphics, our team provided event furniture, including modern chairs and tables, to create a comfortable space for networking during the event.
