From our experience, these services are by far the most reliable and, in most cases, provide online tracking and delivery notifications, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress right through to delivery.
Whilst we'll always do everything possible to help, when deliveries are carried out by third-party courier companies like DPD and DHL, once goods leave our premises, we have little control over what happens next.
As a result, we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries. If your project requires a no-fail delivery, please speak to our team about same-day driver options.
Large format displays, exhibition equipment and heavier consignments are usually delivered via our trusted pallet delivery network. Deliveries are made using vehicles with tail lifts where required, but pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside.
If your premises have restricted access or you require additional assistance unloading, please let us know before dispatch so we can recommend the most suitable delivery solution.
For exhibitions, sporting events and other time-sensitive deliveries, we strongly recommend our dedicated same day courier service.
Unlike overnight parcel networks, your products travel directly from our premises to the venue, reducing handling and providing greater reliability for deliveries with strict access times or venue booking requirements.
Working alongside Link Logistics, we can also provide nationwide storage, stock management, scheduled call-offs and dedicated courier services. In many cases, sending products to a local office before arranging a same day delivery to the venue can prove both more reliable and more cost-effective than delivering directly from Leeds.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Yes. Through Link Logistics, we can arrange dedicated same day courier services throughout the UK for exhibitions, sporting events, retail installations and other time-critical deliveries.
Can you store products and deliver them when required?
Yes. We offer storage, stock management and scheduled stock call-off services, allowing you to order in bulk while receiving deliveries exactly when and where you need them.
Change of Address
If your item is in transit, be aware that changing the delivery address will typically add at least one working day to the delivery time.
