Whilst we do look over your artwork, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from your files. Please feel free to provide a printed colour sample, jpeg proof or printed reference before you order.
We work mainly with PDF and JPEG file formats, but are able to open most file types.
Sending Your Artwork
Artwork should only be emailed if it is less than 5MB. We recommend using www.wetransfer.com for larger files. You do not need an account. Just send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Most print requires at least a 3mm bleed. The bleed area will be printed and then cut off in the final trimming process.
Non-vector artwork (i.e. jpeg) should be supplied at a minimum of 300 dpi. This excludes A2+ Posters and Banners which can be sent at 72dpi. All vector artwork should be supplied with all fonts converted to outlines.
All artwork should be sent as CMYK. RGB will be converted to CMYK which often affects the appearance of the artwork.
If the artwork is not saved in a JPEG format all fonts should be embedded (PDF’s) or converted to outlines (EPS, Illustrator)
On request we can email a proof, but this is not totally colour accurate to the finished printed product. We can print a digital proof on request.
We will quickly check your artwork, but take no responsibility for any errors or issues which stem from the design process.
We cannot be held responsible for any artwork copyright infringements on artwork supplied by clients. Clients must have permission to use all images, text and logos supplied.
Most print requires at least a 3mm bleed, although we recommend giving your artwork 5mm around the edges which can be cut off without damaging the look of the printed work.
